Trips operate rain or shine. Cancellations received no later than 5:00 PM seven days before departure will be refunded, less a $12/person service charge. No trip is refundable within seven days of departure. Trips purchased within one day of departure are non-refundable. The cancellation of one or more members of a group, within the deadline stated above, will be made at the discretion of the management. No-shows receive no refund under any and all circumstances. We reserve the right to alter or cancel a trip without prior notice due to conditions beyond our control or in the best interest and safety of the trip. Full refunds will be made if we cancel a trip. Refunds of any kind are limited to the deposit amount or trip price paid. Presenting any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
