Cancellation Information

Gore Range Adventures, Inc dba. Lakota Guides is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications of tours due to weather condition, road hazards, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen conditions that may hinder the ability for the tour to take place as scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to circumstances beyond our control such as water levels at the time of the trip. In such cases, we cannot be responsible for paying any expenses you may have incurred other than to refund monies due to you for tour price. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, you will be charged as follows: All trips except Multi-days and Groups (10+) full refund outside 24hours. Multi-days or Groups (10+) full refund outside 72 hours. Multi-days or Groups (10+) cancelled between 72 and 24 hours 20% deposit non-refundable. No refunds for any trip cancelled with in 24 hours.
