To purchase a Gift Certificate: *Gift Certificates are sold in increments of $50.00.



  • When purchasing, please enter party number as the number of $50.00 gift certificates you would like to buy. For example, if you enter a party size of 2 you will be purchasing 2 gift certificates at $50.00 each for $100.00 total.
  • Please enter today's date as the date you would like to purchase. Gift certificates will be valid at any time and do not expire.
  • At the Add Customer page please put the name to whom you are purchasing the gift certificate for. If you would like the gift certificate to be emailed directly to the recipient, please enter their email address or enter your own email address if you would like it sent directly to you.
  • At the Authorize Payment page please be sure to put in the correct name and billing address for the credit card holder.

After you purchase:



  • After you have purchased your gift certificate, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirmation is your certificate.
  • Recipient must call to redeem certificate and make a reservation. Gift certificates may be used for all rafting trips, kayak instruction, cabin rentals and gift shop items. Certificates cannot be used for trip photos and gratuities. Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Recipient must bring the gift certificate with them when they arrive for their trip.


Itinerary

Gift Certificate

Gift Certificate is valid at any time and does not expire. Certificate may be used for rafting trips, kayak instruction, cabin rentals and gift shop items. Certificate cannot be used for trip photos or gratuities. Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.


To redeem your Gift Certificate you must call our office at 1-800-277-4537 and make a reservation. You must bring your gift certificate with you when you arrive for your trip. We look forward to hosting your next Ocoee River rafting experience!

Cancellation Information

TRIPS OR RAIN OR SHINE! Group reservations (parties of 8 or more), Full River Trips, Cabin Rentals and Kayak Instruction will receive a full refund with a cancellation notice 21 days prior to your trip or arrival date. No refunds for less than 21 days notice. Individual reservations (parties of less than 8) on Middle or Upper Ocoee Trips are refunded with a cancellation notice 10 days prior to your trip date. No refunds for less than 10 days notice. Reservations are non-transferable under the cancellation date and no allowances of any kind will be made. We strictly follow this policy. We reserve the right to alter or cancel a trip without prior notice due to conditions beyond our control or in the best interest and safety of the trip. Full refunds will be made if we cancel a trip. Refunds of any kind are limited to the deposit amount or trip price paid. Presenting any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Notice- We do not allow pregnant women or children under the age of 12 to raft. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol and no refunds will be made. PARTICIPANTS RESPONSIBILITY
  • Arrive on time with the number your reservations are for.
  • Call our office as soon as you are aware of cancellations or no shows.
  • Each vehicle must have directions and phone number to Quest Expeditions (on Hwy 64 in Ocoee).
  • Everyone should know the name the reservations are in.
  • Be in good physical condition.
  • Everyone in the party must be 12 years of age or older.
  • Absolutely NO ALCOHOL before trip.
  • Life Jackets will fit up to a maximum chest size of 56 inches.
  • Have Trip Cancellation Insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available through our office, please call.
    Optional trip cancellation insurance policy when purchased.
    Trip cancellation insurance reimburses prepaid nonrefundable rafting trip price paid to Quest Expeditions, Inc. if you must cancel your rafting trip for any reason 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Arrival time is 30 minutes prior to your trip. All trip times are EASTERN TIME.

    A full reimbursement of your rafting trip price will be made if you call (emails not accepted) and cancel your reservation for any reason 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time (arrival time is 30 minutes prior to scheduled trip).

    Cancellations called in (emails not accepted) less than 24 hours up to your scheduled arrival time (arrival time is 30 min prior to schedule trip) will receive a rafting trip voucher valid for 1 year. Vouchers cannot be used on regulated days, holiday weekends or Saturdays in July or August and have no cash value. No payment or vouchers will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after your scheduled arrival time and date (arrival time is 30 minutes prior to scheduled trip). Reimbursement covers only the amount paid to Quest Expeditions for an Ocoee Whitewater Rafting Trip.

    Waiver must be purchased for the full number the party has reservations for. Waiver must be purchased before the last day you can cancel your trip and receive a full refund from Quest Expeditions. Please call with any questions.
