This river also features the 14-foot Husum Falls, which is the tallest commercially rafted waterfall in the country (optional)! The vegetation is lush, and with the cliffs so close you will have a very intimate feeling towards this beautiful federally protected "Wild & Scenic River". The White Salmon is recommended for paddlers who are in relatively good shape and ready to take on the challenge of a technical class IV river. It will definitely be one of the most beautiful and exciting rafting trips you will ever take!
