Skagit Eagles

4 hours . Skagit River . Culture and Sightseeing
Picture yourself floating along on a beautiful river while viewing hundreds of bald eagles. Beginning in Canada and flowing through the breathtaking North Cascade National Park, the Skagit River is home to the largest wintering Bald Eagle population in the continental United States.  Bald Eagles flock to the Skagit River, the only large river system in Washington that supports healthy populations of all 5 native salmon species, to feed during the harsh Canadian winter months.  Wildwater River Guides will row you down the river so you can take in every opportunity of viewing the majestic creatures. While it may intimidate you to think of going rafting in December or January we highly recommend this trip of a lifetime. Book your Skagit River Bald Eagle experience with us today, and don’t forget your camera, binoculars, and counter.
