This is our Browns Canyon Half Day Trip with a twist! Experience Browns Canyon as never before, in a 9 foot raft. These Boats hold a capacity of three boaters (including the guide). You will be sitting in the seat of adventure for this trip. This is a high adventure trip, so plan on getting wet!

Full day trips run more rapids, including Sidell's Suckhole and Twin Falls, and include a riverside lunch at one of the many great camp spots in the canyon.
After a picnic lunch you will launch from the town of Buena Vista, where you'll immediately hit Beaver Falls and the Silver Bullet (class III/IV), then continue down into Brown's Canyon, where you'll camp for the night. Dinner will consist of chips, salsa, fajita's with all the fixin's and dessert. Following a hearty breakfast of french toast, bacon and fresh fruit, we'll head down the river further into the Canyon. You will encounter all the classic rapids such as Zoom Floom, The Staircase, and Sidells Suckhole on day two. KODI's cheese tortellini lunch will be served alongside the river, and you'll continue down to the take-out at Stone Bridge. Take-out time will be approximately 3:00 p.m.
The Numbers is a trip for aggressive paddlers only. Seven rapids in seven miles of continuous Class III-V rapids challenge even our most physically fit guests. Experience this stretch of incredible whitewater first hand. Although the scenery is nothing short of spectacular, you won't be able to enjoy it too much while you paddle down the river - we'll save the sight seeing for the van ride back to the outpost. Previous paddling experience recommended.
Experience seven major rapids in seven miles on this narrow, rocky and steep section of the Arkansas. The trip requires plenty on maneuvering as you attempt to conquer rapis #1 - #7. This class III-IV trip is not for the faint of heart, and previous paddling experience is recommended. Lunch is provided on the full day and will either continue through the Narrows or brave the rapids of Browns Canyon in the afternoon - depending on water levels.

The perfect trip, mixing exhilarating whitewater and amazing Rocky Mountain scenery, the Blue River meanders through the Arapaho National Forest and offers over two miles of continuous whitewater. Usually this is an early season run due to snow runoff; please call for up to date status on predicted water levels.

The Upper Colorado River trip takes guests past natural hot springs, and through the amazing Little Gore Canyon. It is not uncommon to see a family of bald eagles just before entering Little Gore Canyon.
After hearty sandwiches by the river, you'll kick off your trip with Little Gore Canyon. Rafting through the afternoon, you'll stop at one of the many riverside campsites, setup camp and spend some time relaxing, hiking or fishing. A hearty KODI dinner will follow. On day 2 after breakfast, you will continue down the river stopping for a riverside lunch and a brief hike to dinosaur tracks. You'll finish your trip with 5 miles of class II rapids at State Bridge in the afternoon.

This trip starts by taking you through the historic mining town of Idaho Springs. It starts as Class II and ends in Class III+ rapids called Beaver I and Beaver II.
On July 15th you'll raft the Browns Canyon section on the Arkansas River. This trip offers a great mix of scenery and whitewater.
On July 16th you'll horseback ride at the RUSTY SPURR RANCH, through the country the Ute Indians rode over 100 years ago. Guests will enjoy a two-hour guided trail ride surrounded by breath-taking views of the mountains on the sage covered high desert, to the sheltered tranquility of the aspen and evergree-filled forests followed by a western lunch at the ranch.

Start with an hour to an hour and a half of flat water instruction. Followed by a great sandwich lunch provided by, "Deli on the Blue." After a filling lunch you and your guide will contiune on the Upper Colorado where we will embark on a 4 mile stretch of river! Paddle boarding is the fastest growing sport in the U.S. and for good reason! Fun and challenging are the best words we have found to explain these trips!
Ten Mile Creek is the newest commercially run river in the State of Colorado. This is an intense four mile, Class IV run dropping 110 feet per mile in the upper stretch. After floating through the town of Frisco we'll finish up at the Island Grill at the Frisco Bay Marina. Appetizers and drink specials will be provided for you after the trip, while we watch the sunset from Lake Dillon. Use fees, and all gear are included for this trip. We ask that all participants are in good physical condition, and have previous rafting experience.
A three-day trip down the Dolores River is a great way to enjoy an early season wilderness river trip! Nestled in one of the lesser-known parts of Colorado, the 47-mile Dolores trip is a gem. From the Ponderosa forest to the mountain desert, this trip offers variety unlike any other. KODI's two night, three-day Dolores trip starts at an elevation of 6,400 feet, at Bradfield Bridge and continues down to Slickrock. You will experience continuous class II water before entering one of the classic rapids of the West, Snaggletooth. During your three days on this beautiful river, you will see Anasazi Ruins and Petroglyphs, and may see a variety of wildlife, including Bighorn Sheep, Mule Deer, River Otters, Peregrine Falcons and Bald Eagles. Minimum age is 12, minimum group size is 6.
