This dog sledding tour - while still perfect for beginners - offers our more adventurous guests increased “ride time” on nearby scenic trails. This adventure is designed to be hands on to the comfort level of the guests. 30-40 minutes will be spent meeting and greeting the rescue and second chance sled dogs that call us home and preparing the sled(s) which involves harnessing and hitching the dogs etc. Once the sled is prepared, guests will hit the trails for approximately 2 hours! There will be plenty of stops so guests can stretch their legs & take advantage of the ample photo opportunities. At the end of the experience guests can thank their team and “tip” them with cookies (just don’t feed the mushers). The cost of this trip is $400 per sled. Our traditional sleds have a 340lb weight limit (this typically accommodates 2 people). This adventure departs at 9:30am.
This hands on experience is for our most adventurous guests looking to channel their inner Jack London. Participants who sign up for this adventure will spend 3-4 hours learning about the modern aspects of dog sledding and gain in-depth knowledge of the gear and dogs. Guests will learn how to operate their own team of sled dogs and then do it! Guests will learn how to give commands and correct situations that may occur on the trail. The cost of this adventure is: $525 per couple (a minimum of 2 participants are needed). We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, groups of 5-6 receive a discount and the cost is $250 per person. This adventure departs at 9:30am.
Drive your Own Team - Enjoy a crash course in dog sledding, meet your team of rescue and second chance sled dogs and then put the #1 rule in dog sledding to good use "Never Let Go" as you spend this half day adventure behind your own small team. This trip has a 4 guest minimum to run and gets discounted as the group size grows so tell you friends! This experience is offered Monday - Thursday non-holiday. Trips depart at 9AM and 1PM. 4-8 guests - $185 per person 8-16 guests - $170 per person
Explore the “Narnia” like beauty of New Hampshire’s Grand North on this full day dog sledding adventure. Get ready for incredible views of the White Mountains (we say our dogs have the best view in the valley) and beautiful trails.

5 miles of gorgeous wintery terrain. Experience the Rocks Estate in Bethlehem, NH. Wind through the sugar bush, view the historic property that is procted by the Society for the Protection of NH forests, experience flying through the hills, through beautiful forests and past a frozen lake. Times and ride length are approximate and change based on weather and snow conditions. Wonderful ride for families with small children!Includes hands on interaction with our dogs, involvement in harnessing and hook-up, learning commands, stories about our kennel & dogs ... or if you prefer, just going for a great dog sled ride! Approx. 45 minutes of this experience is spent on the educational component and approx. 45 minutes is spent on the trail. This times will vary widely based on snow and trail conditions.
