Lakota Guides is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications of tours due to weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen conditions that may hinder the ability for the tour to take place as scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to circumstances beyond our control such as water levels at the time of the trip. In such cases, we cannot be responsible for paying any expenses you may have incurred other than to refund monies due to you for tour price. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, you will be charged as follows: All trips except Multi-days and Groups (10+) full refund outside 24 hours. Cancellations with in 24 hours 50% non-refundable and cancellations with in 6 hours of trip 100% non-refundable.
