This 12 day safari will bring you to all major National Parks in Southern Tanzania. The Selous Game Reserve, a UNESCO world heritage site is the largest protected area on our planet, covering an area of around 50,000 sq. km. Its size is stunningly bigger than Switzerland or Denmark, uninhabited and little touched by human interference. Visitors can find themselves in a pristine wilderness, far away from the trodden tourist routes. The same is true for the Udzungwa Mountains: Swathed in a unique and fascinating rain forest with 30-metre high trees, their buttresses layered with fungi, liches, mosses and ferns, the mountains have been untouched for thousands of years.
