Drive from Springlands Hotel Moshi to Tarangire National Park, lunch en-route. Afternoon game drive in Tarangire. This is a beautiful park filled with baobabs and acacias with a large variety of game such as zebras, elephants, giraffes, and waterbuck. All the animals enjoy the water coming from the Tarangire River. The animals are best viewed during the dry season, including elephant herds, elands, Oryx, lesser kudo, rhino, leopards, lions, and cheetah. The birdlife is varied and plentiful. You can also see the very rare Roam Antelope in this park. Dinner and overnight at Highview Hotel.
The drive to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge takes 3 to 4 hours. Olduvai Gorge is an archaeological site located in the eastern Serengeti plains, in which early human fossils were first discovered. It has an amazing landscape that resulted from the same tectonic forces that created the Great Rift Valley millions of years ago. Then, in the late evening drive to and overnight at the Ikoma Wild Camp and Cottages - full board.
After breakfast, venture into the Serengeti’s wilderness corners for a full day of game viewing in the park. With a picnic lunch beside you, take your leisure while exploring this world heritage site, where earth’s largest concentration of plain game still roams free! In the late evening, go to the Wild Camp for rest, dinner, and overnight.
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro crater via Olduvai Gorge. Enjoy an afternoon of game drive in the crater then drive to the Highview Hotel or similar hotel for overnight.
After breakfast drive from Highview hotel to Lake Manyara National Park which takes about 1 hour. Arriving in time for mid morning game drive, which is the best time to view animals in this park. When you approach it from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive backdrop to the lake.
In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, and on the escarpment, elephants stand in the shade. Other animals frequently seen are zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and others. Overnight at the Springlands or similar hotel.
After breakfast, drive to the Usambara Mountains. It takes 5-6 hours to reach Muller’s Lodge. After check in, enjoy short walks around the hotel to the nearby waterfalls, then back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, walk and tour the Usambara Mountain forests. This is a great opportunity to see several forest bird species, reptiles, butterflies, black and white colobus monkeys, and many more features. A picnic lunch is provided on the way. You can arrange a village tour where you can learn about the traditional way of life of the indigenous communities. Dinner and overnight at Muller’s Lodge.
After breakfast drive to the Pangani beach located south of Tanga town where you will relax on the beach enjoying a variety of activities, e.g. trips to the sand beach, fishing, snorkeling trips, and short excursions along the coast. Dinner and overnight at Tinga tinga lodge.
After breakfast, enjoy a full day of activities at the Pangani beach. Dinner and overnight at the Tinga tinga lodge.
After breakfast, drive past the beautiful Tanzania landscapes to Springlands hotel for dinner and overnight.

Safari Tips for guide and cook:
$15/day for driver/guide and $10/day for cook (basic camping) for the whole safari group.
Gifts: Guides and porters also appreciate your warm clothing, shoes, and packs. You may want to bring some older clothing items just for this purpose.
Celebration: You are also welcome to invite your guides back to the Springlands Hotel for drinks and/or dinner (on you) as a thank-you in addition to their tip.
Expectations
With the exception of airfare, all Zara trips include all transportation costs and arrangements within the destination country. This does not include transfers to and from the aiport to the hotel or the equipment for all activities listed.
The local currency is Tanzanian shillings. U.S. dollars, Euros, and credit cards may be accepted by larger stores and hotels, but the exchange rate is better with shillings. ATM's are only available in larger towns like Moshi and Arusha. Yahoo Currency Converter
