<P>Near Gold Bar, WA. The Skykomish River rafting is a very demanding river rafting adventure, and is considered by many to be the ultimate whitewater river rafting experience in Washington State. You'll experience "Boulder Drop," an intense Class IV-V Rapid, as well as many other plunges into extreme whitewater. 4 hours</P>

Itinerary
Day 1
<P>Meet at rendezvous. Park car, check-in & sign release forms, change into wetsuit & booties. Ride shuttle vehicle to put-in. Participate in Guide Safety Talk. Break into raft groups & meet your individual guide. Basic river rafting instruction. Raft river. Take-out & change into dry clothing. </P>
Gear List
A Neoprene "sleeveless wetsuit" & booties are provided. Avoid wearing cotton clothing (wet cotton is cold & has no insulation; synthetic & wool are warmer). ITEMS TO BRING: • Water shoes or sandals with heel strap - optional • Swimsuit or shorts • Sweater • Visor to wear under helmet • Rain-splash jacket • Retaining strap for eyeglasses • Drinking water - 20 oz in plastic bottle • Sunscreen • Towel & change of dry clothes • Lunch, snacks & beverages; or restaurants are available in Gold Bar.<br><strong>Eat before check-in!</strong>
