Weekend Multi-Sport Trip Itinerary Saturday and Sunday 9:30 A.M. Meet your guides and bike to a nearby city park where you start with a yoga warm up. Morning. As a group you bike to the mountain or canyon location chosen especially for your trip. The main activity of your day will be hiking (Saturday) or climbing (Sunday). Mid-day you take a break to enjoy your Natural Fitness supplied lunch. Afternoon. When you are done in the wilderness, the group coasts their bikes back to the meeting location. For anyone who would like an extra challenge, we offer an additional 1.5 hr bike ride. During this time, others can take free time to relax or explore Boulder. The famous Pearl Street cafes, shops and restaurants are all nearby. 5:30 Evening yoga is offered to help you gently retire after an adventurous day.
