“From the mild to the wild,” our motto for the past ten years, has given us the vigor to continue providing independent travelers with opportunities into the great outdoors from San Francisco and Las Vegas. From sightseeing to camping, hiking to backpacking, and rafting to skiing, we strive to make each of our small group trips enjoyable, unique, personalized experiences that will last a lifetime. With the help of our professional guides, we encourage our travelers to view the unbelievable places we visit with an open mind so as to fully reap the benefits of the cultures and environments where our adventures begin and end.

Incredible Adventures has a philosophy of trying to make as little impact as possible, from reusing all paper products that come into our office, to leaving no trace when in nature, and using alternative fuels to power our vehicles. We also support local businesses whenever possible and give community members access to alternative fuels. We believe that connecting people with nature is not only done through hiking and being outside, but through everyday choices we make and products that are used. Our mission is to get you into the great outdoors for an ‘incredible adventure’ while maintaining our pristine planet.

Cancellation Policy

Incredible Adventures is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications of tours due to weather condition, road hazards, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen conditions that may hinder the ability for the tour to take place as scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. In such cases, we cannot be responsible for paying any expenses you may have incurred other than to refund monies due to you for tour price.



In the event that you must cancel your reservation, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or relative at the last moment, just please inform us of the change. Otherwise you will be charged as follows:


  • 20% of total trip price for any confirmed reservation cancelled up to 72 hours prior to tour departure
  • 30% of total trip price for any reservation cancelled between 72 and 24 hours prior to tour departure
  • 50% of total trip price for any reservation cancelled between 24 and 12 hours prior to tour departure
  • 100% of total trip price for any reservation cancelled within 12 hours of tour departure or No-Show
