This is our fully guided family river adventure with a guide that will take you down the river. Enjoy some small Class I and II rapids. There is also a taste of whitewater for the adventuresome when you take on the Class III rapid at Brooks Falls. This trip starts at 3 P.M. and lasts approximately 3-3 1/2 hours. There is built in time for swimming and leisurely floating on this scenic trip that runs about seven miles. For ages 5 and up.

Itinerary

Check In for Rafting

<P>Arrive 25 minutes prior to your trip. Check in at our office located next door to Subway. Trip leaves out at&nbsp;2 PM.</P>

Gear List

<P>Water shoes/sandals that strap on to the feet or tennis shoes, shorts, bathing suit, sunglasses, sun screen, hat. Ice water is provided. Cameras and other gear is not recommended unless water proof. </P>

<P>Bring a little extra for a trip to our gift shop for souvenirs, to purchase or photo of your trip. Any guide gratuities and optional rentals are generally considered extra. Rentals can be arranged for in advance.</P>

Travel Companions

<P>The more the merrier. K9 guest are allowed at our private island, rules however do apply so please discuss with your personal adventure specialist. </P>

Transportation

<P>Shuttle to and from the river will be provided. And for those that will be staying off site, arrangements can be made to have your group shuttled to and from our base camp on the day of activities. </P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P>


Accommodations

<P>Our Hinton Basecamp has a deli restaurant and primitive camping on our own private island located between the New and Greenbrier rivers. We are located just minutes from Pipestem Resort and Bluestone State parks, several motels, camp grounds, and B&amp;B's.</P>
