12 Miles, Class III+, Half Day Adult / Youth Situated in the heart of the Rockies, the Arkasnas River threads its way through a vacationer`s paradise. From the river`s source in the beautiful Arkansas Valley with dramatic 14,000 foot peaks to the bottom of the Royal Gorge, the Arkansas has it all.

Beginner fly fishing 1 day includes fly rod, waders, flies, lunch and instruction.

Transportation to the river from the Nathrop office and return at trip end. Equipment: If needed we will provide 1 fly rod outfit, breathable waders, 10 flies and tackle.

12 Miles, Class II-III, Half Day Adult / Youth A family vacation with several activities or the challenge here on the river where the walls open to beautiful views of the snow covered Sangre de Cristo Mountains, rising to over 14,000 feet.

Christo`s "Over the River" through BigHorn Sheep Canyon will run for 1/2 or full day rafting. The trip cost will be determined in 2011. Cost is estimate and subject to change. All deposits will be refunded if the project is cancelled.
