Accompanied by an experienced horseman, set off at a comfortable pace through the charming streets and villages around Cusco. Explore the Inca ruins of Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Puca Pucara and Tambo Machay. Sacsayhuaman means 'satisfied falcon' and this former Inca site is filled the zigzag fortifications. Ride to the Inca ruins of Qenko, a limestone rock with caves, tunnels and carvings of a puma, condor and llama. This site was once a ceremonial centre for the Incas. Keep your camera handy as Puca Pucara offers a panoramic view of the Cusco Valley.
