Set on the edge of spectacular rainforest, the Hilton Batang Ai Longhouse Resort is Hilton's only jungle property. The Batang Ai national park is a 2-hour boat ride away, but rainforest surrounds the hotel waiting to be discovered. Unlike most of the commercialized cities in Malaysia, Batang Ai is one of the last few unspoilt places in Sarawak. Surrounded by mountains and the unspoiled ancient rainforests of Sarawak, this 58-acre eco-tourism resort comprises 11 indigenous timber longhouses based on the native architectural design of the Iban tribe.
