Transportation is included from the Fontana Village Outdoor Activity Center to the Wildwater Nantahala Rafting Center for your Adventure. The Nantahala is a popular and exciting eight miles of Class II and III rapids. A beautiful river perfect for families, youth groups, businesses and anyone wanting a fun whitewater experience that offers thrills and chills on swift clear currents. Typical trip is a Follow-a-Guide format where some of the rafts have a guide in them and others follow. Full instruction and orientation is a part of every trip.
