Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds
• One and Half-Day Expeditions*: $20 per person reserves your space. Full payment due on the day of the trip. Cancellations are charged $20 per person. *Exception: Westwater Canyon (WAO) and Cataract Canyon (CA0) one day trip. To reserve (WA0) or (CA0) $140 is collected and it is non-refundable. Horse rides will be charged in full for cancellation 24 hours or less before scheduled hour of the ride. Any balance due is paid day of departure for half day and day trips and series of day trips are collected on the initial tour.
• Multiple Day Trips: $100 per person reserves your space on an expedition. Full payment due 30 days prior to departure. Cancellations 30 days prior to the trip are charged $50.00 per person. Cancellations received 14 -29 days prior to departure are charged $100.00 per person. No refunds for cancellation 13 days or less.
• JCO - Jetboat shuttle of canoes from the Confluence. $50 per person deposit due at time of reservation. Final Payment is due on the day of departure. If you cancel 30 days before your trip, you will receive a refund of the deposit less an administrative fee of $25.00 per person. If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive no refund.
• For Transfer shuttles - $50 per shuttle due at reservation. Final payment due day of departure. If you cancel 30 days before your trip, you will receive a refund of the deposit less an administrative fee of $25.00 per shuttle. If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive no refund.
• Group Trips – You will be required to sign a contract specifying terms.
• All Accommodations – Deposit is the cost of the first night stay and is non-refundable.
