Cars are parked at the end of the run and tubers are shuttled upriver where they will begin a leisurely float down the serene water of the Shenandoah. The river meanders lazily as you drop over shallow ledges along the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains on this mellow and beautiful stretch of river.

Full-day moderate whitewater trip (Class 3)/difficult (Class 4) in high water, with easy (Class 2) scenic float portion in the morning, and the Racecourse rapids in the afternoon. 10:30 AM to 4 PM
