Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received no later than 5:00 PM seven days before departure will be refunded, less a $12 service charge.
No trip is refundable, in all or in part, within six days of departure. Trips purchased within six days of departure are non-refundable, in all or in part.
Trips operate rain or shine.
No-shows receive no refund under any and all circumstances.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel a trip without prior notice due to conditions beyond our control or in the best interest and safety of the trip. Full refunds will be made if we cancel a trip. Refunds of any kind are limited to the deposit amount or trip price paid. Presenting any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
