We introduce you to the equipment, attaching and removing your skis, and basic stretching.

Next 30 Minutes: Flat Terrain

The bulk of the class takes place on flat terrain, where you’ll learn the basics of the “V1” skating motion.

Final 30 Minutes: Beginning Hills

We want you to be able to ski a variety of terrain, so we spend the final portion of the lesson on a small hill, learning to ski up and down while maintaining control and maximizing efficiency. At the end of the lesson, we’ll get you started with a short tour of the area.
