<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>This 2-day/2-night weekend excursion has something for everyone! If you have ever wanted to learn how to rock climb this weekend is for you! If you already know how to rock climb and want to climb outdoors join us for two mornings of climbing, we will set up the routes! Get out and have some fun while making new friends! </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>For the beginners, we'll help you get acquainted with the gear, offer instruction on technique, teach basic rock climbing safety, climbing knots, climbing commands, basic top roping techniques, rope management, an overview of the climbing rating system and get you on lots of climbs to build your confidence. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to climbing in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>For the intermediate and advanced climbers, take advantage of our guides' expert knowledge of this famous climbing destination. Whether you are climbing 5.7 or 5.11, we'll get you on a climb that will push your limits and expand your knowledge and technique.</FONT></P>

Gear List

<P><FONT face=Arial>Adventure Out will provide all the climbing gear for this trip (ropes, carabiners, safety/anchoring devices, harnesses, shoes, helmets, etc).&nbsp; If you have your own climbing gear, you may bring it, however it is not necessary.&nbsp; We recommend that you bring the following gear:<BR><BR><EM>Camping Equipment</EM>:<BR>Sleeping Bag, Ground Pad, Tent, Pillow (sleeping bag and tents available for rent upon request).<BR><BR><EM>Food/Mealtime</EM>:<BR>Lunches, Snacks, bowl, plate, utensils, mug, cup.<BR><BR></FONT><FONT face=Arial><EM>Personal Items</EM>:<BR>Loose/comfortable climbing clothes (prepare for warm or cold weather), hiking shoes, flashlight/headlamp, bathing suit, towel, sun screen, hat, sunglasses, toiletries, camping chair, camera.</FONT><BR></P>

<P><FONT face=Arial>Adventure Out will provide 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner (Saturday night) as well as some basic trail snacks.&nbsp; Please bring your own lunches and additional&nbsp;snacks.&nbsp;</FONT></P>


Money

<FONT face=Arial>Your trip will be reserved and paid for in advance - there is no need to remit payment at the trip site.&nbsp; There is a small campground store to buy food, cold drinks, and other necessity items you might forget.&nbsp; Additionally, our guides work very hard to show you and good time and they do accept gratuities - it is an excellent way to say thank you for a great trip.</FONT>

Guide(s)

<P><FONT face=Arial>Our adventurous guides are expert&nbsp;instructors and are all&nbsp;C.P.R., First-Aid, and WIlderness Medicine&nbsp;certified.&nbsp; All Adventure Out instructors have&nbsp;a minimum 10 years&nbsp;of experience&nbsp;and are ready to take your climbing to the next level.</FONT></P>


Transportation
