<P align=left>Meet at rendezvous, park car, check-in &amp; sign release forms, change clothing, ride shuttle vehicle to put-in, participate in guide safety talk, break into raft groups &amp;&nbsp;meet guide, learn rafting techniques, raft 14 river miles,&nbsp;take-out &amp; change clothing.&nbsp; </P>

A Neoprene "sleeveless wetsuit" &amp; booties are provided.&nbsp;&nbsp;Avoid wearing all cotton clothing; wet cotton is cold&nbsp;&amp; has no insulation.&nbsp; Wool &amp; Synthetic clothing are warmer.&nbsp; ITEMS TO BRING: • Water shoes or sandals with heel strap (optional) • Swimsuit or shorts • Sweater •&nbsp;Long or short-sleeved shirt or tank top&nbsp;• Visor&nbsp;to wear under helmet (optional)&nbsp;• Rain-Splash jacket • Retaining strap for eyeglasses • Drinking water - 20 oz&nbsp;in&nbsp;plastic bottle • Sunscreen • Towel&nbsp;&amp; change of dry clothes •&nbsp; Bring&nbsp;food&nbsp;&amp; beverages to leave in car for before or after trip; or there are restaurants&nbsp;in Rimrock Retreat &amp; Naches.&nbsp; <strong>Please eat before check-in time!</strong>&nbsp;
