Itinerary
Day 1
Meet at rendezvous. Park cars, check-in & sign release forms. Ride shuttle vehicle to put-in. Participate in Guide Safety Talk. Break into raft groups and meet your guide. Basic river rafting instruction. Raft river. Take-out and change into dry clothing.
Gear List
<p>Dress in several layers of clothes. Avoid Cotton clothing - wet cotton is cold and has no insulation. Wool & synthetic clothing are warmer. Items to bring: • Long underwear • Long Pants • Sweater • Rain jacket & pants • Warm stocking-style hat or brimmed rain/sun hat • Gloves or mittens • Socks - 2 pairs • Rubber boots or plastic bags over shoes • Camera or binoculars - in plastic Ziplock bag • Change of dry clothes • Lunch, snacks & beverages; or there are restaurants in Marblemount. <strong>Eat before 11:00 am check-in!</strong></p>
