Itinerary
Day 1

This time will be used to check-in, read and sign waivers, change into river clothes and purchase any additional items you may need for your trip.</B><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"> <o:p></o:p></B></P>

<P style="BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none; BORDER-LEFT: medium none; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; BORDER-TOP: medium none; BORDER-RIGHT: medium none; mso-padding-alt: 0in 0in 0in 0in" class=MsoBodyText><STRONG>Your adventure will begin with a trip briefing from the trip leader before gearing up.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>A short bus ride will take you into the Cherokee National Forest, by Lake Ocoee and along the section of river you will be rafting. At the put-in area, each guide will go over a detailed safety orientation, paddling instructions along with time to practice. The Middle Ocoee River is 5 miles of class III/IV whitewater and features 17 major rapids. On the river you will experience rushing rapids, big waves, beautiful scenery, a swimming spot and lots of fun. Your journey down river will take approx. 2 hours. The shuttle driver will greet us at the end of the river trip for an even shorter ride back to the outpost.</STRONG><STRONG> <o:p></o:p></STRONG></P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><B>Arriving back at the outpost, action packed photos of your trip can be viewed and are available for purchase. Plan some time to shop for T-shirts or that special souvenir in our gift shop. Warm showers with spacious changing facilities along with a covered picnic area and a sand volleyball court are available.<o:p></o:p></B></P>
