Not everyone wants to be on a raft with several other people. Desert Voyagers understands this and offers the unique ability to set off on a private adventure, just you, your group, and your guide. Get one-on-one attention. Set the mood for a romantic river float on the Salt River, or just enjoy the higher level of service we provide you.
This float trip includes complimentary pick-up at your hotel or resort. You'll also receive a fruit and cheese basket, towels to dry off with, and a complimentary gift from us.
Enjoy the desert from the lap of luxury.
Our Exclusive Tours require a two person minimum. The first two participants are $137.50 each. Additional participants are $100.00 each.
Itinerary
Itenerary for AM and PM tours
<P>8:00am / 12:00pm - We pick you up at your hotel or resort.</P>
<P>8:45am / 12:45pm - Arrive Salt River put-in. Safety briefing and life vest fitting.</P>
<P>9:00am / 1:00pm - Launch rafts and begin our adventure!</P>
<P>11:00am / 3:00pm - Reach take-out site. Van is waiting. Enjoy complimentary towels, a fruit and cheese plate, and a gift from us.</P>
<P>11:15am / 3:15pm - Depart river and head back to your hotel or resort.</P>
<P>12:00pm / 4:00pm - Arrive back at your hotel or resort.</P>
Gear List
<P>We provide all safety equipment and ice cold bottled water but there are a couple of clothing items you might want to know about.</P>
<P>You MUST wear shoes at all times while on the river. Flip flops tend to float away on their own so <STRONG>old tennis shoes, water shoes, or sandals with an ankle strap</STRONG> are recommended.</P>
<P>Many people bring <STRONG>sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and a waterproof camera</STRONG> as well. Please DO NOT bring any styrofoam or glass on the river.</P>
<P>We suggest that you <STRONG>wear clothing appropriate for the weather you expect</STRONG> to encounter. If its May through September it will be hot, usually in the high 90s and over 100 degrees. If it is December through March it will be cold, usually in the 60s. Any other month is generally fair weather.
