<P>The 13-Mile Scenic Float is a section west of the town of Jackson, nestled between the Grand Teton National Park and the Bridger Teton National Forest. Opportunities abound to spot anything from a moose wading in a back eddy or an osprey diving for a cutthroat trout. And with the snow-capped Tetons as your backdrop, be sure to bring your camera for this wonderful trip. </P>
<P>This trip takes 3-4 hours and departs in the morning and afternoon from late June to late August. We supply Coast Guard-approved lifejackets, fleece blankets for cool mornings, and high-powered binoculars for each boat. Water, baked goods, and lunches are provided depending on the time of departure.</P>

Gear List
<P>Feel free to bring a backpack with any clothes or extra snacks you might need throughout the trip. We do have some water on the raft, but it is also smart to bring your own should you need extra hydration for a hot day. </P>
<P>Morning trips can be cool, but usually warm up very fast. Feel free to bring a light coat for the start of the trip.</P>
<P>There is a chance your feet might get wet getting in and out of the raft, or that a small wave might roll over a tube, so please dress accordingly. We do supply splash jackets on the raft in the event of a mountain storm that might come through during the trip. </P>
<P>Any items you decide you don't need can simply be left on the bus, and will be there for you at the end of the trip.</P>

Is This Trip For You?
This is a great family trip for all experience levels. Most of the people we take down the river our first-timers who have never been rafting before.
Destination Location
Our office in town is located at 265 W. Broadway on Hwy 89/26/189. We are on the same block as New York Sub, the Boardroom, and Shogun Sushi, about 3 blocks south of the town square. <br><br>The address for the KOA is 9705 So. Hwy 89. We are roughly 10 miles south of the town of Jackson on Hwy. 89, just after you cross the Snake River for the second time. <br>
Transportation
We provide transportation to and from the river once you arrive at our office. We also provide a shuttle pickup service in town, please allow for additional time.
