Dick Schulte – CEO
Dick brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and entrepreneurial energy to his role as CEO of Adventure Central. Drawing from an extensive background of providing valuable, breakthrough solutions to new markets, he’s built and led values-centric teams to achieve significant success.

Prior to joining Adventure Central, Dick led wireless software start-up Roving Planet and co-founded voice conferencing systems provider Voyant Technologies. He recently raised $3.5 million in second-round financing for Adventure Central.

Dick is a passionate heli and alpine skier. He also enjoys cycling, hiking, cross-training and European vacations, especially in Umbria, Italy, with his family.

Aleece Koss - VP of Marketing
Aleece is a 10-year veteran of creating marketing strategies and their successful execution for online travel companies - - both Fortune 500s and startups. She has worked in almost every market space in the industry including travel agencies, airlines, hotels, destinations and attractions, reservation systems and transaction processors. Even RVing and camping.

Aleece loves exploring the outdoors - whether it's snowboarding the Rockies, surfing the Hawaiian Islands, scuba diving shipwrecks in Mexico or hiking the Valley of Desolation and Boiling Lake of Dominica, West Indies, Caribbean. Her favorite documentary is Planet Earth and through her work at Adventure Central, she hopes to connect more people to the real places that inspired it.

Dianne Dranginis – VP of Operations
As Senior Director of Customer Services , Dianne ensures that Adventure Central’s customers receive five-star treatment. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in technology companies, she has developed new services to help customers leverage Adventure Central’s solutions to their full extent.

When she’s not providing exceptional customer service, you can find Dianne traveling to an exotic destination. She’s already been to every continent except Antarctica, admired the Taj Mahal, trekked in Patagonia, camped in the Australian outback, snorkeled with sea lions in the Galapagos, and gone rappelling and caving in New Zealand.

John Diorio - VP of Distribution & Supplier Partnerships
John brings more than 17 years of travel industry knowledge and experience to his role as VP of Distribution and Supplier Partnerships. Prior to joining Adventure Central, John spent six years as Vice President of Affiliate Marketing for Hotels.com and two years providing strategic guidance to various online companies to help build or manage their online distribution networks.

John is dedicated to improving his golf game any chance he gets. In addition to bike riding around Denver, John is passionate about cooking Italian food and traveling the world.

Carol Wood - Corporate Controller
Carol brings 20 years of accounting and finance experience to her role as Corporate Controller of Adventure Central. She has spent most of her career in the technology industry, leading emerging companies in their growth from a financial perspective. Her experience includes initial public offerings, SEC compliance, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and mergers and acquisitions. Carol has also taught financial courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Carol's greatest adventures are raising her twins and spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for running and the outdoors and has completed numerous marathons, triathlons and other races.

Tim Hughes - VP of Technology
Tim came to Adventure Central after working in the Vacation Rental Industry for over 8 years leading Instant Software’s Development Team. Tim has an MBA from CU-Denver with emphasis in Entrepreneurship and a BS in Computer Science.

He was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado allowing him to enjoy many great outdoor activities including snowboarding, hiking, biking, 4-Wheeling, camping and gold panning.
